Compstar 2009, 5-13 February, Coimbra, Portugal
CompStar 2009 is a meeting open to researchers and PhD students interested in Astronuclear Physics, an interdisciplinary field of Quantum Field Theory of Dense Matter, Astrophysics and Gravitaional Theory.
CompStar 2009 is divided in two major events:
- The Winter School "The crust of compact stars" with a series of lectures by experts in the field (see "school section"), 5-10 February.
- The Workshop "The new physics of compact stars: the crust properties and beyond", a place to present and discuss work developed on the field of Compact Stars, 11-13 February.
